MBA Candidate résumé: common questions

Should an MBA resume be one page?

Yes. Indian B-school placement cells and most recruiters expect one page. Keep two or three bullets per role, put education first while you are a student, and move hobbies and school marks off the page unless they are distinctive.

Should an MBA resume include CAT percentile and CGPA?

Yes for campus placements in India. Put the CGPA for each degree beside it and the CAT percentile under awards or scholastic achievements; firms shortlisting at IIMs often screen on both.
