Should a law fresher resume include CGPA?

Yes, for the first two or three years. Indian firms screen on the university and the CGPA, so put it beside the B.A. LL.B. entry as written on the marksheet (here “CGPA 8.2/10”). Drop it once you have a few years of matters to show instead.

How should a legal trainee list internships on a resume?

List only the ones that produced work you can describe, newest first, and name the output: contracts reviewed, notices drafted, an evidence index compiled. Five internships can collapse into one line in the summary, as here, with the assessment internship given its own entry.
